Q. Is there a minimum or maximum  lease agreement?
A. It is a month to month contract.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A. No deposit is required to rent.

Q. Will you prorate if I move out early?
A. There are no refunds for early termination.

Q. Can I bring 18-Wheelers into your facility?
A. No 18-Wheelers are allowed on the premises.

Q. What sizes of units do you have?
A. We have from 5 x 10 to 10 x 40, plus outdoor storage.

Q. Is there a lease for RV storage?
A. RV storage is a minimum of 6 months, call for pricing and availability.

Q. Are you units heated or do they have electricity?
A. Our units have no electricity and no heat.

Q. When is rent due?
A. Rent is due from the date you rent the unit.

Q. What type of lock is most secure?
A. We recommend a disc lock. You cannot cut them with a bolt cutters. We do offer the locks for sale.

Q. How can I make a payment?
A. You can make your payment anytime M-F 9am-5pm or Sat 9am-5pm. You can call in, come in, or mail your payment. We do have a drop box for after hours payments.

Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Checks, Cash.
